Any coffee shop must-have men and women behind the scene that make the cup of coffee you take to give you that taste-these are the Baristas. A Barista is a person who makes espresso-based coffee drinks. Baristas are usually employed by specialty coffee cafes. To be a barista, you have to learn how to make many different types of coffee drinks. You might also need to be a little artistic! Baristas do not just wake up in the day and make that coffee, they acquire professional skills. The trends these days have changed and cafes are now the in-thing to bring together people who take alcohol and those who do not take alcohol. There is a growing number of Coffee places but the challenge remains-getting the right Professional Baristas to prepare the best Espresso, Cappuccino, Mocha, and Cafe Late among other coffees. The demand for Coffee Baristas is so high that in the region as coffee has become a uniting factor for non-alcoholic and alcoholic consumers. As of now, TIEA graduates do not meet the demand for Baristas in the region. We receive inquiries from Africa and the Middle East for Professional Baristas. Some cafes have gone ahead to sponsor training for their staff.
